Kenneth “Ken” Easton brings to his commercial finance and banking clients, business borrowers and workshop participants many years of comprehensive and successful new business development and financing experience. During his business tenure he has worked extensively with commercial businesses and lenders of all sizes and within a host of industries. His successful work in establishing de novo loan production offices and rehabilitating commercial loan sales territories was performed during his employment career with GE Capital, Textron Financial and commercial banks. Ken’s earlier responsibilities included commercial lending as well as staff and sales management positions within diversified banking and lending institutions. Ken draws upon his hundreds of professional contacts and commercial lenders (of all sizes), secured parties and their associated professionals. He is a member of a number of professional, business and civic organizations to include a Professional Member of the New England Chapter of the Commercial Finance Association.
Rehabilitation of Under Performing Territories involves working with the management of commercial lenders and on-site within the affected territories. Engagements involve the strengthening of loan origination channels, increasing market penetration and effectively addressing competition. Activities include objective evaluation of existing situations, potential strategic repositioning and the implementation of tactics aimed at reversing unproductive trends.
