Following management’s orientation and scope of services elections, The Easton Group may work directly within the territory with the region manager, new business development and support personnel. Dedicated time, utilizing our seasoned territory development staff, is what we do. Effecting a turnaround must, among other things, consider the developing a detailed territory marketing and sales development program -  initially for management’s approval, shortcomings in existing talent, capitalizing on the territory’s competitive’ strengths and weaknesses, meeting with key intermediaries and “deal-doers” and then implementing counter measures.
