The Easton Group, LLC will conduct an on-site feasibility study for those commercial lenders who identify a strategic need for market expansion by establishing an out-of-area or stand alone Loan Production Office.
Among concerns addressed will be the practicality of the lender’s LPO proposal, site opening and marketing budget considerations, alternative location evaluations, identification of and the countering of competitive pressures, enhancing new loan origination channels and the acceleration market awareness. Following our analyses we will provide recommendations regarding preliminary strategies, effective tactics and on-going market development programs (all subject to management’s approval) addressing the lender’s objectives and doing so within budget constraints.
Our evaluations may be followed up by our active participation in the implementation of certain recommend and approved processes and procedures. This is a lender’s option.
